CEO of NOOKA JAPAN as well as the founder of method came to visit us.
Matthew and I have been knowing each other for nearly 10 years.
It seems we can finally work on something together in the next year
which I am pretty excited about.

he has good sculpt taste and marketing strategy.
I am looking forward to see his development going forward.

Commander-in-chief of FRENZY, Mr. Oishi,
who challenges a fusion of 80’s US toy
and Vinyl Figure with his original viewpoint,
came to visit our office.

We actually have been knowing each other for nearly 20 years.
We are going to release their latest model of “Sirius the barbarian”
and old enemy “the Absolute” in early 2012,
which are initial work of FRENZY!

MEDICOM TOY 15th EXHIBITION is now being held
in Fukuoka PARCO.

ZARIGANI WORKS, the originator of the number of unique products
including but not limited to Korejyanai Robo, Self-Destruct Button,
and Dogeza strap, came to visit our office.

After more than 5 years since our first project,
their own-paced working style with full of clever ideas
still never seems to be changed.

I believe will be doing something together again in 2012.

レセプションパーティーがありました。

Reception party was held for
D[di:]’s exhibition “Naimononedari in my FORESTED room”
at H.P FRANCE WINDOW GALLERY in Marunouchi Building.

D[di:] plays an active part in various scenes as artist, illustrator etc.
Her remarkable talent is just immeasurable.

以前、お仕事でご一緒させていただいた方が
ルイ・ヴィトン ジャパンの代表にご就任され、
お手紙と素敵な本をくださいました。
今年で創業157年になる同社の
トランクの歴史が詰まった書籍を眺めながら、
メディコム・トイも同じくらいの長い歴史が重ねられるよう
これからも頑張りたいと決意を新たにした1日でした。

Special gift

A person whom we worked together previously had become
President & CEO of Louis Vuitton Japan Company,
and he kindly sent me a wonderful book and letter.
It has been 157 years since the company was established,
and the book illustrates an informative history of their trunks.
By reading the book, I said to myself that I want to try further my best
to make MEDICOM TOY to build up as long history as they made.

敬愛するフロッグマンさんがいらっしゃいました!
今回はアレコレと秘密のミーティングでしたが、
来年には成果をお披露目できると思います。ご期待ください。
