WEB上にて抽選を行い、抽選入場販売とさせていただきます。
お客様におかれましては、大変ご面倒をお掛けいたしますが、

【ご来店のお客様へお願い】
3つの密を避けるため、以下の注意事項を
お守りいただきますようお願いいたします。
・ご当選のお客様であっても、当日少しでも体調に懸念がある場合はご来店を
__お控えいただくようにお願いいたします。
・販売当日は、ご当選者様のみのご来店をお願いいたします。
__ご家族・ご友人等、複数でのご来店はご遠慮ください。
・店内外では、ソーシャルディスタンス(国が定める1.5~2m)を保つように
__ご協力をお願いいたします。
・その他、販売当日はスタッフの指示に従っていただきますようお願いいたします。
__万が一店舗スタッフの指示に従っていただけない場合は、
__ご入店をお断りするまたは退店していただき、
__今後MEDICOM TOY運営各ショップでの一切のご購入とご入店を
__お断りさせていただく場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
・新型コロナウイルスの国内外の感染状況により、
__当該商品の発売が延期または中止となる場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
__発売延期または中止の場合は、当ブログにて発表いたします。

[Request to customers visiting our store]
When visiting the store, please follow the Social Distancing rules below.
・Even if you are a lottery winning customer,
__please refrain from visiting the store if you have any concerns
__about your physical condition on the day.
・On the day of sale, only the winners should come to the store.
__Please refrain from visiting with multiple people
__such as family members or friends.
・Please keep social distancing of 1.5 to 2m as specified
__by the government inside or outside the store.
・To lower risk of Covid-19 infection, please follow the above rules
__and follow instructions of the store staff.
__If you do not follow the above protocols,
__you may be asked to leave and we may refuse all purchases and entry
__at MEDICOM TOY official shops in the future.
・Please note that the release of this item may postponed or canceled depending
__on the pandemic situation in Japan. If the sale is postponed or canceled,
__we will announce it on this blog.

※We will ask your official photo ID when enter the store.
__Please note that if your name,
__address and identity card do not match to
__the lottery register at the time of entry,
__we will refuse to enter the store.

【IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR APPLY】
・Apply lottery on the WEB only. We do not accept application by
__phone or over-the-counter.
・The winners (only) can enter TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN Solamachi store on
__June 1st (Sat) for purchase.
__You can come any time on your decided visiting day between a
__store hours.(10:00〜21:00)
・Please select the desired date and apply using the form below.
・Please input of your name, address (in Japan), contact information and
__e-mail address accurately for a prompt contact to winners.
・An application will be invalid if your name, address,
__contact information and e-mail address is duplicated or apply a multiple time zones.
・Application is allowed only once per customer(family). 
__Please apply one person per address for each.
__An application will be invalid if your name, address, contact information
__and e-mail address is used redundantly.
※If lottery sales are conducted at other Medicom Toy stores
__on the same day, multiple application stores are authorized.
・We do not accept changing your information such as the name or
__address after the application is accepted.
・Application is only effective to the customer who comes to store to sign up.
・Application from deputy will be considered invalid.
・On rare occasions, we may not be able to send the automatic reply mail due
__to a server congestion.
__In that case, the following message will be shown after application.
__“Your lottery application is completed. Due to a server congestion,
__we cannot send an automatic reply at this moment, but please be assured
__that the application has been accepted without any problems.”
__Please note that the application has been completed as stated,
__so do not make duplicate applications.
※The notification email might be recognized as
__“junk mail” by the setting of your email software
__or an anti-virus software.Please check the settings of the software as well as
__the “Junk email folder”. For the cell phone,
__please contact with your mobile phone company.

【Notes after lottery】
・Lottery results will be informed by email (to the winners only)
__on May 30th (Thu).
・If you did not show on the scheduled day listed within a store hours,
__the winning rights would be invalid.
・Visiting day cannot be changed after the lottery winning.
・Bring your Photo ID and a winning notification
__email or a printed winning notification email.
・We will ask you a photo ID. (Revoked if your identity could not be confirmed.)
・Following Photo ID will be eligible; Driver license, passport, Residence card,
__My number card, Physical disability certificate.
※Exclude student ID card and Juki card
※Please note that when presenting your “My Number Card” as an ID card,
__you may be asked to confirm your personal number.
※Forgery of official ID is a criminal act. If found, we will notify the police.
・Expired ID card or a copy will not be accepted.
・To be fair, a deputy cannot enter the store or make payment.
・Regardless of the store inside or outside, the customer who touting,
__exchanging the goods or money will be refused to sell.
※You can purchase up to 1 item per person each.
※We do not hold the goods by phone.
※We do not respond to inquiries regarding the sales volume of the product.
※If not following instructions given by store staff, winning rights would be invalid.
※Please note that we do not answer any inquiries about lottery results.
※Eligible items may subject to change.
