WEB上にて抽選を行い、抽選入場販売とさせていただきます。

【抽選後の注意事項】
・抽選結果の発表は厳正な抽選を行い、
__12月19日(木) に当選者の方のみへメールにてご連絡を差し上げます。
・記載のご来店日(閉店時間)を過ぎた場合、当選権利は無効とさせていただきます。
・当選後の来店日変更は承れません。
・当選者はご来店の際、写真付き身分証と当選メール画面を提示又は

・The winners (only) can enter TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN Solamachi store on
__December 21st (Sat),22nd (Sun) for purchase.
__You can come any time on your decided visiting day between a
__store hours.(10:00〜21:00)
・Please select the desired date and apply using the form below.
・Please input of your name, address (in Japan), contact information and
__e-mail address accurately for a prompt contact to winners.
・An application will be invalid if your name, address,
__contact information and e-mail address is duplicated or apply a multiple time zones.
・Application is allowed only once per customer(family) each product. 
__Please apply one person per address for each.
__An application will be invalid if your name, address, contact information
__and e-mail address is used redundantly.
※If lottery sales are conducted at other Medicom Toy stores
__on the same day, multiple application stores are authorized.
・We do not accept changing your information such as the name or

【Notes after lottery】
・Lottery results will be informed by email (to the winners only)
__on December 19th (Thu).
・If you did not show on the scheduled day listed within a store hours,
__the winning rights would be invalid.
・Visiting day cannot be changed after the lottery winning.
・Bring your Photo ID and a winning notification
__email or a printed winning notification email.
・We will ask you a photo ID. (Revoked if your identity could not be confirmed.)
・Following Photo ID will be eligible; Driver license, passport, Residence card,
__My number card, Physical disability certificate.
※Exclude student ID card and Juki card
※Please note that when presenting your “My Number Card” as an ID card,
__you may be asked to confirm your personal number.
※Forgery of official ID is a criminal act. If found, we will notify the police.
・Expired ID card or a copy will not be accepted.
・To be fair, a deputy cannot enter the store or make payment.
