Release information of “CERAMICK YUSUKE HANAI Mr.NASTY” at
2G OSAKA on April 1st(Sat).
The pottery work “CERAMICK YUSUKE HANAI Mr. NASTY”,
which was well received at 2G TOKYO and
was painted and eye-filled by artist Yusuke Hanai himself
will be exhibited and sold.
The motif of this work is Ratel, a rare animal that you can only see
at Higashiyama Zoo and Botanical Gardens in Aichi Prefecture in Japan.
“Ratel” is a big honey lover and has the loveliness of destroying beehives
with its claws and licking the honey, but they also have a ferocity
to confront large animals.
This work was created by Mr. Yusuke Hanai’s fascination with “Ratel”.
Manufactured by ONE KILN, a workshop in Kagoshima
and no two items are the same because each piece is hand-crafted.
Limited edition of 200 pieces, signed and editioned by Mr. Hanai.
