Apple TV+のキッズ&ファミリー向けの新しい CG アニメーションコメディシリーズ
「BE@RBRICK」が、 3月21日(金)より全世界で公開されることが決定いたしました！
BE@RBRICK(ベアブリック)をもとにした全 13 話のシリーズは、
DreamWorks Animation と株式会社電通が制作およびアニメーションを担当し、
アップビートのオリジナル曲を採用して、音楽という世界共通言語を通じて
子どもと家族に本当の自分を受け入れる勇気を与えようとする作品です。

「BE@RBRICK」は、ジャスミン・フィンチと彼女のバンド仲間たちがひたむきに
夢を追いかけ、その情熱が周囲の人々の心も動かしていくストーリーを描いています。
しかし、誰もが最初から自分の役割を決められ、高校を卒業する時にあてがわれた
イメージのまま、残りの人生を生きていくような世界では、夢を叶えるのは
簡単なことではありません。やがて、世界を変えるには、まず自分たちの手で
世界を動かさなければならないと、ジャスミンは気づくことになります。

音楽を中心に据え、CG アニメーションを通じて語られる本作は、
デイタイム・エミー賞にノミネートされたメーガン・マッカーシー
(「マイリトルポニー〜トモダチは魔法〜」「ケンタウロスワールド」)が構成、
ショーランナー、エグゼクティブプロデューサー、脚本を担当します。
アレックス・オルマグアー(「TrollsTopia(原題)」)が
スーパーバイジング・プロデューサーを、
テイラー・オルチ(「キポとワンダービーストの冒険」)がストーリーエディターを、
アテナ・ホフマン(「アマチュア」)がラインプロデューサーを務めます。
声優陣には、ジャスミン役のブリアンナ・ブライアン、
ホリー役のスカイラ・アイレス、
ニック役のアイザイア・クルーズ、エイダ役のアリソン・ジェイ、
クラウス役のノア・ベントリーが名を連ね、キャラクターに命を吹き込みます。

本シリーズは、あざやかなストーリー展開に加えて、
エグゼクティブ・ミュージックプロデューサーを務める、
4 度のグラミー賞受賞を誇るプロデューサーであるティンバランドの音楽的才能と、
ジーナ・ヒョジン・アン(「愛をこめて、キティより」)と
シャーリー・ソング(「こねこばくはつ」)のオリジナルスコアによって、
さらに素晴らしいものになっています。
「BE@RBRICK」は Apple TV+と DreamWorks Animation が共同制作した最新作で、
ジョン・クラシンスキーをエグゼクティブプロデューサーに迎えてジム・クーパーと
ジェフ・ディクソンが手がけた、エミー賞ノミネートのゾクゾクする
冒険アニメシリーズ「カース!〜呪われた秘宝〜」、ニューヨーク・タイムズの
ベストセラー作家ケイト・ビートンの絵本「The Princess and the Pony」を原作とし、
GLAAD メディア賞にノミネートされた「パインコーン&ポニー」、
ダン・ヤッカリーノの絵本シリーズ「Doug Unplugged」を原作とする
「プラグの抜けたダグ」に加わります。

「BE@RBRICK」は、現在 Apple TV+で世界に配信されている
キッズ&ファミリー向け作品と合わせて配信されます。

“BE@RBRICK,” the new music-driven animated comedy series for kids and families, premieres globally on Apple TV+ starting March 21!

We are pleased to announce that “BE@RBRICK,” a new CG animated comedy series
for kids and families on Apple TV+, will premiere globally on Friday, March 21.
Our iconic BE@RBRICK figures come to life in a brand-new 13-episode series,
produced and animated by DreamWorks Animation and Dentsu Inc. It features upbeat,
original songs and aims to empower kids and families to embrace their true selves
through the universal language of music.
“BE@RBRICK” follows Jasmine Finch and her bandmates as they pursue their
dreams and inspire others to do the same. But it won’t be easy to do when living in
a world where everyone’s role is chosen for them and where the painted-on look you
receive when you graduate from high school determines who you’ll be for the rest of
your life. Jasmine realizes that in order for her world to change, she and her friends
will have to make it happen themselves.
The music-driven series, told through CG animation, is developed by Daytime
Emmy Award nominee Meghan McCarthy (“My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic,”
“Centaurworld”), who also serves as showrunner, executive producer, and writer.
Alex Almaguer (“TrollsTopia”) is the supervising producer,
with Taylor Orci (“Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts”) as story editor,
and Athena Hofmann (“Amateur”) as line producer. The voice cast brings the characters
to life with Brianna Bryan as Jasmine, Skyla I’Lece as Holly, Isaiah Crews as Nick,
Alison Jaye as Ada, and Noah Bentley as Klaus.
In addition to its vibrant storytelling, the series is enhanced by the musical talents of
four-time Grammy Award-winning producer Timbaland, who serves as executive
music producer, with an original score by Jina Hyojin An (“XO, Kitty”) and Shirley Song
(“Exploding Kittens”).
“BE@RBRICK” marks the latest collaboration for Apple TV+ and DreamWorks Animation,
joining Jim Cooper and Jeff Dixon’s Emmy-nominated animated, spooky adventure series
“CURSES!” with John Krasinski executive producing; GLAAD Media Award-nominated
“Pinecone & Pony,” based on the book “The Princess and the Pony” by New York Times
bestselling author Kate Beaton; and “Doug Unplugs,” based on Dan Yaccarino’s “Doug
Unplugged” book series.
“BE@RBRICK” will premiere alongside kids and family offerings now streaming globally
on Apple TV+.
